Kutak Rock served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance by the Board of Trustees of the Colorado School of Mines of its Institutional Enterprise Revenue Bond, Series 2023A in the principal amount of $13,450,000 and its Institutional Enterprise Revenue Bond, Taxable Series 2023B in the principal amount of $22,835,000. The Series 2023A Bond proceeds financed the construction, renovation and equipping of various improvements to certain campus student housing facilities. The Series 2023B Bond proceeds financed the construction, renovation and equipping of an expansion and improvements to the campus utility system and infrastructure related thereto.
