Kutak Rock served as bond counsel to the Board of Trustees for Colorado Mesa University in connection with the issuance of $18,935,000 of its Enterprise Revenue Bond, Series 2022D. The bonds financed the Wingate North project, a 5-story 139 bed apartment complex adjoined to the existing Wingate Hall on the Grand Junction, Colorado campus of Colorado Mesa University.
