Kutak Rock served as Disclosure Counsel in connection with the issuance of $117,425,000 of The Regents of the University of Colorado University Enterprise Refunding Revenue Bonds, Series 2023A. The proceeds of the bonds funded the tender price of certain outstanding bonds. The transaction saved the University $8.1 million present value and $15.1 million total cash flow savings.

This financing was one of the first bond-tender refunding combinations for a higher education institution.
