Kutak Rock served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority’s Revenue Bonds (University Corporation for Atmospheric Research Project) Series 2023. The proceeds of the bonds were loaned to the University Corporation for Atmospheric Research (“UCAR”) to finance: (a) certain capital improvements, constituting research and administrative facilities, at the Foothills Lab campus and the Center Green campus of UCAR in Boulder, Colorado; and (b) pay certain costs of issuance of the Series 2023 Bonds.

UCAR is a nonprofit consortium of more than 120 North American colleges and universities focused on research and training in Earth system science. UCAR manages the National Center for Atmospheric Research on behalf of the National Science Foundation.
