Kutak Rock served as bond counsel to El Paso County, Colorado in connection with its issuance of a $23,350,000 Multifamily Housing Revenue Note (Panorama Heights Project) Series 2022. The Note financed a portion of the Panorama Heights apartment development in Colorado Springs, Colorado. 

Upon completion, the project will provide 133-units of affordable workforce housing and numerous amenities including garage parking for the residents of the project. Units will be available to renters with annual household incomes ranging from 30, 50 and 70 percent of area median income. 

The Panorama Heights apartments are located at 1609 Zebulon Drive, Colorado Springs, Colorado.
