Kutak Rock acted as Bond Counsel in connection with the issuance by the Housing Authority of the City of Boulder, Colorado, d/b/a Boulder Housing Partners of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds (Tantra Lake Apartments Project), Series 2022 in the original aggregate principal amount of $39,038,219.

The Bond was issued for the purpose of financing a portion of the costs of the acquisition, construction, improvement, rehabilitation, equipping and placing in service of an approximately 185-unit multifamily housing project located at 1000 W. Moorhead Circle, in Boulder, Colorado known as Tantra Lake Apartments. At least 40% of the units in the Project will be occupied or available for occupancy by persons and families earning 60% or less of the area median income.
