Kutak Rock served as bond counsel to The Housing Authority of the County of Adams, State of Colorado, d/b/a Maiker Housing Partners in connection with the issuance of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Note (Crossing Pointe South Apartments Project), Series 2021 in the amount of $23,250,000. Proceeds of the Note are financing the acquisition, construction, equipping and placing in service of an approximately 142-unit multifamily housing apartment complex known as Crossing Pointe South Apartments located at 4220 East 104th Avenue, Buildings 2 and 3, Thornton, Colorado 80233.

Families earning between 30 and 70 percent of the area median income will be eligible for the Crossing Pointe South apartments. Maiker expects to complete construction by early 2023. There will be 51 one-bedroom, 76-two-bedroom units and 15 three-bedroom units. Maiker will be the property manager.
