Kutak Rock Serves as Bond Counsel to Colorado Public Radio

Kutak Rock served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance of the Colorado Educational and Cultural Facilities Authority’s $14,800,000 Public Radio Revenue Bond (Colorado Public Radio Project) Series 2020. Proceeds of the Series 2020 Bond financed and refinanced the acquisition by Colorado Public Radio of various radio frequencies which comprise Colorado Public Radio’s statewide network and renovations and equipment for the non-commercial public media center housing KRCC FM (Colorado Springs) which is operated by Colorado Public Radio in partnership with Colorado College. 

Colorado Public Radio is a Colorado non-profit 501(c)(3) organization delivering news, music, and cultural experiences to everyone in Colorado using the power of the human voice in all its forms. Kutak Rock has served as bond counsel to Colorado Public Radio since 2001.
