Kutak Rock acted as Bond Counsel in connection with the issuance by the Housing Authority of the County of Boulder, Colorado of its Multifamily Housing Revenue Note (The Spoke on Coffman Project), Series 2020 in the amount not to exceed $15,300,000. 

The Series 2020 Note was issued by the Authority for the purpose of financing a portion of the acquisition, construction, equipping and placing in service of a multifamily housing project to be known as The Spoke on Coffman located at 518 Coffman Street, Longmont, Colorado 80501.  At least 40% of the units of the apartments will be occupied by persons whose income is equal to or less than 60% of area median gross income.
