Kutak Rock Serves as Bond Counsel for Avenida del Sol Apartments

Kutak Rock served as Bond Counsel to the City and County of Denver in connection with its issuance of Multifamily Housing Revenue Notes (Avenida del Sol Project), Series 2020 in the amount not to exceed $14,200,000. The Series 2020 Notes financed the construction of the Avenida del Sol Apartments located in Denver’s Westwood Neighborhood. The Avenida del Sol Apartments will be an 80-unit multifamily facility located at the 5048 Morrison Road in Denver, Colorado.

Avenida del Sol Apartments will house “Low-and middle-income persons and families:” households that earn less than 80% of the area median income (at least 20 of the units in the Project will be reserved for such households); households that earn less than 60% of the area median income (at least 37 of the units in the Project will be reserved for such households); households that earn less than 40% of the area median income (at least 18 of the units in the Project will be reserved for such households); and households that earn less than 30% of the area median income (at least 4 of the units in the Project will be reserved for such households).
