Ms. Jackler will be discussing some of the challenges and opportunities of bringing international precedent to the U.S. market, using the Prince George’s County Public Schools P3 project as an example.
On March 3, Mr. Kirshenberg will highlight projects that Kutak Rock has completed and speak on a panel of experts, titled “P3 & The Road Ahead for Commercial Developers” that will discuss how the hybrid P3 tool helped integrate commercial developments into or alongside P3 projects supporting civic interests, including arenas, hospitals, fine arts centers, water treatment facilities, student housing and other public facilities.
Also on March 3, Ms. Jackler will participate on a panel, titled “P3s are Not ‘All About the Money’ – Benefits Beyond Financing” that will tap into P3 benefits-beyond-financing for all types of infrastructure assets.
