Kutak Rock served as bond and disclosure counsel in connection with the issuance of $32,855,000 of the Board of Trustees for the University of Northern Colorado Institutional Enterprise Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2019A.  Proceeds of the Series 2019A Bonds were used by the Board to refinance the Board’s remaining outstanding Institutional Enterprise Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2011A.  The transaction produced 9.2% savings on debt service of the refunded bonds.  Paying less debt service means more dollars for student achievement.  Founded in 1889 and tucked between the Rocky Mountains and Colorado’s stunning high plains, UNC is a public doctoral research university committed to the success of its 13,000 students, with more than 100 undergraduate programs and 120 graduate programs.

Fred Marienthal, Jennifer Barrett and Shawn Willette worked on this financing.
