Kutak Rock recently represented Patriot Truck and Trailer of Texarkana, Arkansas, a truck and trailer maintenance repair facility, in the sale of substantially all of its assets to FleetPride, Inc. of Irving, Texas.

Founded in 2003 by Doug Cummings, Patriot Truck and Trailer provides fleet maintenance, repair and parts for heavy-duty trucks and trailers. FleetPride, founded in 1999, is a national distributor of truck and trailer parts and operates more than 270 locations in 46 states.
