Kutak Rock attorneys Jason Caskey and Bradley Boyer collaborated to represent a record label in connection with the creation and negotiation of a distribution agreement and artist recording agreements.

Caskey is of counsel in Kutak Rock’s Omaha office and focuses on technology, intellectual property and entertainment transactional matters. Boyer is a partner in Kutak Rock’s Los Angeles office and focuses on business litigation, often representing clients in the entertainment industry. He is a founding member of Kutak Rock’s Media, Entertainment and Sports practice group.
