Kutak Rock LLP served as bond counsel to Boulder Housing Partners in connection with the issuance of $6,900,115 of multifamily housing revenue bonds for the Palo Park Community Project. Boulder Housing Partners, in partnership with Flatirons Habitat for Humanity, are developing a 44-unit, mixed-income and mixed-tenure housing development at 4525 Palo Parkway in Boulder, Colorado. This project is a unique opportunity to create new, affordable units for families and individuals in a well-designed, sustainable, and vibrant community. The entire community will be 100% permanently affordable, with a range of incomes below 60% AMI.
