Tanner represents emerging companies, established businesses, founders and investors across industries such as technology, consumer products and professional services. His experience includes negotiating and structuring domestic and cross-border M&A transactions, guiding early-stage companies through entity formation and funding rounds, and advising clients on securities law compliance and disclosure obligations. 

Known for a practical, business-minded approach, Tanner partners closely with clients to understand their strategic objectives and deliver clear, actionable solutions. He regularly assists companies with day-to-day corporate matters, including commercial contracts, capitalization planning, governance practices, and regulatory considerations.
