Anastasia practices in the Secondary Markets Group, where she represents financial institutions in the securitization of assets. Her practice focuses on the full lifecycle of secondary market transactions, including due diligence, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, and navigating the evolving regulatory landscape of securities laws. Before joining the Secondary Markets Group, Anastasia represented lenders and financial institutions in commercial real estate and automotive floorplan lending. This experience gives her a unique understanding of collateral, credit risk, and the operational realities of loan origination, which she now applies to the secondary markets.
