Amy is an experienced corporate and securities law associate. Amy assists clients on a range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, securities regulation, private placement offerings, financings, fund formation, general corporate matters, and other transactional matters. She supports clients from entity formation, through corporation governance, and dispositions. Amy is experienced at analyzing contracts, drafting deal documents, conducting due diligence, and offering strategic guidance to ensure legal compliance and provide comprehensive legal solutions in diverse transactions.
