Robert represents clients in various types of public finance transactions, including municipal bonds and lease/purchase financings. He has acted as bond counsel as well as counsel to underwriters, lessees, and credit providers in connection with financing for cities, counties and school districts. He also takes an active role in assisting issuers, underwriters and municipal advisors in connection with sanitary and improvement district financings. 

Robert also has an active multifamily practice, with experience acting as bond counsel and as lender/credit enhancer counsel in multifamily transactions.
