Alex is a corporate associate with more than six years of legal experience. His practice focuses on institutional investments, entity formation and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), compliance, and general commercial contract drafting and negotiation.

Before joining Kutak Rock, Alex served in an in-house role with a public company, where he focused on internal corporate governance and compliance. That in-house experience gives him a practical understanding of the business and regulatory concerns his clients face.
