Kristine focuses her practice on advising clients with respect to the financing, acquiring, selling and leasing of commercial real estate located throughout the country, including office buildings, multifamily projects, hotels, restaurants and shopping centers. Her practice experience also includes the representation of banks, financial institutions and borrowers in connection with permanent and bridge loan origination, structured finance, loan servicing, leasing and ground leasing, loan sales and loan restructuring. She works closely with her clients to achieve results in a cost-effective and efficient manner.
Kristine is the co-chair of the Recruiting Committee for the Denver office, and she was the chair of the Summer Associate Program for 2017 and 2018.
