Partner

Reid represents clients in complex business disputes in state and federal courts throughout the United States.

Reid Page is a trial lawyer, business litigator, and trusted advisor to businesses and executives across a wide range of industries. He has handled lawsuits, investigations, and arbitrations across the country–in more than 26 states and the District of Columbia. He also originates and oversees transactional work for a variety of clients. His practice is intentionally partner-led: clients work directly with Reid and tailored Kutak Rock teams of partners, associates, and experienced specialists in the relevant practice area and industry.

What sets Reid apart is his approach to advice: he focuses on understanding the business and legal needs of his clients and offers practical, direct counsel that helps clients assess exposure, make sound decisions, and move forward with confidence. He represents clients as both plaintiffs pursuing claims and defendants protecting their interests and conducts internal investigations for companies and organizations that need a trusted outside lawyer to find the facts.

Reid represents professional franchises, amateur organizations, and sports-focused businesses, and the sports industry is a core focus of his practice. His broader practice covers disputes involving investments, securities, commercial fraud, trade secrets, financial services, oil and gas, construction, business divorces, and breaches of contract. He also leads teams handling general business advisory work, including M&A transactions, private equity fund formation, and outside counsel services to financial institutions.
