Alex is an associate in the firm’s commercial litigation practice group.  He primarily represents financial institutions, investors, and business owners through all phases of litigation in both state and federal court. 

Prior to joining the firm, Alex clerked for U.S. District Judge Robert T. Dawson and served both the Western District of Arkansas and the District of Delaware.  While clerking, Alex drafted orders and opinions, and he also assisted Judge Dawson at jury trials and hearings.
