Lisa is a commercial litigation attorney handling complex business disputes across a variety of industries. She handles all phases of litigation including early alternative dispute resolution, discovery, settlement negotiations, motion practice, trial prep, trial, and appeal. Her civil litigation practice consists of employment law, insurance defense, contract disputes, healthcare law, probate, surrogacy, and creditor’s rights, among other areas.

Lisa places a special emphasis and focus on her employment law practice and is passionate about guiding employers through individual and class action lawsuits, administrative and judicial forums including the Department of Labor (DOL), the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC), and state level agencies. She successfully defends employers against claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and violation of the FMLA. Lisa is also experienced in drafting and negotiating employment and separation agreements and assisting clients with issue spotting and risk mitigation.
