Lisa is a litigation attorney practicing in the areas of commercial, employment, healthcare, probate, and assisted reproductive technologies (ART). She is a versatile attorney with experience in complex business disputes, employment defense, guardianships, conservatorships, and representing individuals in assisted reproduction matters.
Lisa places a special emphasis on her employment law and ART practices. In her employment practice, she is passionate about helping employers take proactive steps to address potential workplace issues and guiding employers through lawsuits and administrative actions. She has successfully defended employers against claims of sexual harassment, discrimination, wrongful termination, and violation of the FMLA. Lisa is also experienced in drafting and negotiating employment and separation agreements and assisting clients with issue spotting and risk mitigation.
In her ART practice, Lisa assists clients with drafting and negotiating ART contracts and parentage pleadings, assists clients with obtaining legal advice on international parentage laws, and represents both traditional and same-sex couples in ART matters.
