Paul practices insurance law in Missouri and Kansas and advises insurers on coverage positions and litigation involving vexatious refusal to pay and bad faith.  Additionally, Paul represents insureds in lawsuits ranging from auto accident, slip and falls, construction defects and wrongful death.  Paul has been representing one of the largest insurers in Missouri for more than twenty years and is a frequent speaker at in-house seminars for insurance companies on claims and claims handling.
