Verity’s practice focuses exclusively on public finance, particularly with respect to the issuance of multifamily housing revenue bonds (including 4% LIHTC), and typically involves transactions utilizing conduit issuers in the affordable housing space. She primarily serves as bond counsel and issuer’s counsel in such transactions and has experience serving as counsel to developers. Verity has also served as bond counsel, issuer’s counsel and borrower’s counsel in 501(c)(3) and charter school financing transactions.
