Greg focuses his legal practice on the representation of developers, bond issuers, local governments, bond underwriters and bond purchasers on tax-exempt and taxable revenue, conduit and general obligation debt issues. He also specializes in public private partnerships, including structuring those partnerships and negotiating and documenting a wide variety of development agreements, cooperative agreements, construction agreements, operation and maintenance agreements and incentive agreements for those partnerships. Greg has significant experience in tax increment financing, Ohio port authorities, new community authorities and Ohio tax incentive and tax abatement programs.
