Summary of COVID19 Paid Sick Leave Laws
Publications - Client Alert | April 06, 2020Several cities and states have passed new paid leave laws in response to COVID-19. Other local governments have expanded their existing paid sick leave laws to allow employees to take leave for COVID-19-related reasons. This summary chart of COVID-19 Paid Sick Leave Laws briefly describes the types of paid leave changes we are seeing; we anticipate cities and states will continue to pass this type of legislation over the next several weeks.
