Kutak Rock partner Jennifer Forbes will present at the 2026 Health Law Institute, hosted by Minnesota CLE September 17-18 at the Minnesota CLE Conference Center in Minneapolis.

Jennifer will present “2026 Medicaid Update – Including Eligibility, Reimbursements and More!” on Thursday, September 17 from 11:15 a.m. to noon. The session will examine current developments affecting Medicaid, including eligibility and reimbursement issues.

The annual Health Law Institute brings together health law attorneys and compliance professionals for discussions of new case law, legislative developments and agency actions affecting healthcare providers, payers and other industry participants. This year’s program includes sessions addressing Medicare and Medicaid, fraud and abuse, HIPPA and data privacy, healthcare transactions, artificial intelligence, prescription drugs and other emerging health law issues.
