Kutak Rock congratulates partners Naomi Barnes and Maggie Ebert who have been named to “Top 50 Women Leaders in Law for 2026” by Women We Admire. This list highlights women who have reached new milestones in the legal profession.

Naomi is a public finance partner in the Scottsdale office who focuses her practice on Native American and municipal finance transactions. She is known for her ability to bring complex transactions to a successful close.

In her Native American practice, Naomi regularly advises tribal governments and their business partners on finance and business issues relating to Native American governmental and commercial projects. She has advised on numerous financing transactions involving Indian tribes, including taxable and tax-exempt loans and securities offerings. Financed projects include tribal infrastructure, casinos, casino expansions, general commercial projects, health clinics, administration facilities, public-safety facilities, conference centers, hotels and other projects.

Maggie is a litigation partner in the Omaha office who focuses on intellectual property, antitrust, and complex commercial litigation in both state and federal court. She is also an expert on immigration work for internationally recognized entertainment groups performing in the United States.

Maggie has a 100% success rate for obtaining P-1B visas for internationally recognized entertainment groups coming to the United States to perform at top-rated venues and music and art festivals across the country. Her immigration clients have included some of Europe’s finest, award-winning musicians and bands. This is Maggie’s third year being recognized by Women We Admire.
