With more than 35 years of legal experience, Larry maintains an active practice while overseeing the firm’s Kansas City, Springfield and Wichita offices. Larry’s practice centers on litigating insurance coverage disputes and bad faith claims, including matters in challenging jurisdictions such as his home state of Missouri. He has served as lead counsel in more than 50 civil trials involving personal injury and professional liability matters and has spent the past two decades concentrating on insurance coverage and bad faith litigation. He also counsels some of the nation’s largest insurance companies on strategies and practices designed to minimize bad faith exposure and avoid coverage disputes. His experience has established him as a respected authority in this highly specialized area of law.
