Kutak Rock served as special California and New York counsel in connection with the California Municipal Finance Authority Revenue Bonds (SFMTA Potrero Yard Modernization Project), Series 2026A (Tax-Exempt) issued in the aggregate principal amount of $485,540,000 and California Municipal Finance Authority Revenue Bonds (SFMTA Potrero Yard Modernization Project), Series 2026B (Tax-Exempt Milestone Bonds) issued in the aggregate principal amount of $250,000,000. 

Proceeds of the Bonds will finance the design and construction of a new transit operations facility at the San Francisco Potrero Yard. The Potrero Yard Modernization Project will replace an obsolete, century-old bus yard with a modern, four-story, efficient bus maintenance and storage facility.
