Kutak Rock Client Wins Public-Private Partnership (P3) Award for Best Social Infrastructure Project of the Year
News | October 31, 2025Kutak Rock congratulates firm client Prince George’s County Public Schools (PGCPS) on winning the Best Social Infrastructure Project of the Year at the 2025 Public-Private Partnership (P3) Awards. The P3 Awards spotlight exemplary organizations, projects and individuals that have strengthened the development and implementation of P3s around the world. PGCPS earned this year’s award for Phase II of its Blueprint Schools P3 project, after winning the 2022 P3 Best Social Infrastructure Award for Phase I.
Since 2019 Kutak Rock has served as outside counsel to PGCPS, supporting PGCPS to structure, procure, negotiate, execute and implement the Phase I and Phase II Blueprint Schools P3 projects. Hilary Jackler, the firm’s vice chair, and Nicole Pszczolkowski Moriarty, a partner in Kutak Rock’s Washington D.C. office, have led the firm’s efforts on these projects, which are the first K-12 school P3 projects in the United States. The Phase II project will result in the delivery of eight new schools in Prince George’s County, Maryland between 2026 and 2028, which supplement the six new schools delivered to PGCPS as part of the Phase I project in 2023.
