Kutak Rock attorneys Jennifer Kraham and Stephanie Pierce will speak at the upcoming 2025 Insurance Forum hosted by the JVP Insurance Forum Foundation, taking place November 12 in Chicago.

This Forum brings together regulators, industry leaders and legal professionals to discuss emerging trends and regulatory developments affecting the insurance sector. The event features panels on key issues such as artificial intelligence, data security, evolving model laws, and the future of insurance regulation.

Jennifer and Stephanie will participate in the panel “Fundamental Changes in Regulation – Model Laws to NAIC Manuals,” alongside industry experts discussing how evolving NAIC frameworks and model laws are reshaping insurance compliance and governance.

Jennifer is based in the Scottsdale office and regularly assists clients on a national level in connection with the formation, licensure, acquisition and sale of insurance companies and other regulated entities, the preparation and submission of regulatory filings, defending against complaints from regulators, and analyzing coverage issues.

Stephanie is based in the Kansas City office and focuses her practice on providing counsel to insurance-regulated entities on a wide array of issues. Specifically, her practice includes assisting clients with market conduct matters, including responding to inquiries and investigations from state insurance regulatory agencies.

Jennifer and Stephanie are both members of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel, which is a national organization of attorneys who focus their practices on insurance regulatory law, fostering collaboration and education among professionals in the field.
