Kutak Rock is pleased to announce that Aaron Kroll has joined the firm’s Kansas City office as of counsel in the Mergers and Acquisitions group. With over two decades of experience in real estate and corporate law, Aaron brings a deep understanding of complex transactions.

Prior to joining Kutak Rock, Aaron was in private practice for nearly 20 years, including a 10-year stint with an Am Law 100 Firm. Since 2020 Aaron has served as in-house counsel for several real estate investment firms. Throughout his career, he has represented clients in real estate transactions and general business matters and values the opportunity to better understand his clients' businesses as a means to address their respective legal needs.

Aaron earned a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kansas and a Juris Doctor from the University of Missouri-Kansas City. He is admitted to practice law in Missouri and before the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
