Kutak Rock served as counsel to the underwriters of the $226,000,000 Palm Beach County, Florida Revenue Bonds (Provident Group – PBAU Properties II LLC – Palm Beach Atlantic University Project), Senior Series 2025A and the $9,400,000 Palm Beach County, Florida Revenue Bonds (Provident Group – PBAU Properties II LLC – Palm Beach Atlantic University Project), Subordinate Series 2025B issued for the purpose of providing funds to: (a) finance the costs of the design, development, construction, and equipping of an approximately 990-bed student housing facility; (b) finance the costs of the design, development, construction, and equipping of an approximately 28,000 square foot dining facility, approximately 14,000 square foot health and recreational facility and an adjacent 9-story approximately 704-space parking facility to be located on the Palm Beach Atlantic University, Inc. campus in Palm Beach, Florida; (c) fund capitalized interest on the Series 2025 Bonds; (d) fund the Debt Service Reserve Fund for the Series 2025 Bonds and the Operations Contingency Fund; and (e) finance the costs of issuing the Series 2025 Bonds.
