Designed for lawyers with eight to 15 years of experience, this landmark intensive year-long professional development program connects high-potential attorneys with leading general counsel, managing partners and their peers for mentoring and career guidance. LCLD Fellows are selected by the general counsel and managing partners at LCLD Member corporations and law firms and have the opportunity to participate in training sessions and to interact with key legal and business leaders of large U.S. corporations as well as managing partners from the country’s most prestigious law firms.
Vanessa focuses her practice on commercial real estate and financing transactions, including matters relating to acquisitions, leasing, development and financing matters.
Attorneys Jaqeelah Adams and Heather Puckette were chosen to participate in the LCLD Pathfinders Program, a multifaceted program that provides participants with the opportunity to learn from top leaders in the legal profession as well as career development experts. Jaqee is an associate in Denver and assists clients in a variety of tax and tax credit matters. Heather, also a Denver associate, focuses her practice on real estate matters. The seven-month Pathfinders Program is designed to train high-performing attorneys who are early in their careers on foundational leadership and relationship-building skills.
LCLD is comprised of more than 400 corporate chief legal officers and law firm managing partners with a common goal to build a more open and diverse legal profession. Their action programs are designed to attract, inspire, and nurture the talent in society and within our organizations, thereby helping a new and more diverse generation of attorneys ascend to positions of leadership.
