Jaqee is a transactional attorney concentrating on affordable housing and community development finance. She advises developers, lenders and investors on the structuring and closing of LIHTC and NMTC transactions.

Jaqee is a transactional attorney specializing in tax credit finance, with a focus on low-income housing tax credit and new markets tax credit transactions. She represents developers, institutional lenders and equity investors in the structuring, negotiating and closing of complex LIHTC transactions, providing counsel from purchase and sale contract negotiation and analysis of initial term sheets through financial closing and conversion to permanent financing.

Jaqee regularly manages complex transactions involving the development of mixed-use, mixed-income multifamily housing projects, helping to create and preserve affordable housing in markets where supply remains critically constrained. She has extensive experience reviewing and drafting purchase and sale agreements, conveyance documents, organizational consents and resolutions, equity documents, loan documents, and HUD regulatory submissions including TPAs and HAP transfers. 

In the NMTC space, Jaqee represents sponsors in structuring and closing NMTC transactions, including drafting and negotiating leverage loan documents, QLICI loan agreements, and related transactional documents. Her NMTC experience includes the financing of commercial and community facilities designed to spur economic development and deliver long-term community benefits.

Jaqee brings extensive experience coordinating multi-layered financings and guiding clients through complex regulatory frameworks to successful closings.
