With more than 34 years of legal experience, Larry balances his leadership responsibilities with an active litigation practice, dedicating his time equally between management and client work.

Over the course of his career, Larry has served as lead counsel in more than 50 civil trials involving personal injury and professional liability claims. For the past two decades he has focused his practice on Missouri’s insurance coverage and bad faith law, becoming a recognized leader in this specialized area.

As regional managing partner, Larry prioritizes removing obstacles so attorneys can deliver excellent results for clients and achieve their professional goals. He is currently leading several practice group transitions in the Kansas City region, supporting both long-planned successions and unexpected changes, while also ensuring new lateral attorneys and recent hires are successfully integrated into the firm.
