Kutak Rock served as special counsel to the University of Northern Colorado, Colorado State University, Metropolitan State University of Denver, and the Colorado Community College System (acting on behalf of Trinidad State College) in connection with the execution and delivery of the $253,170,000 State of Colorado Higher Education Health Sciences Facilities Certificates of Participation Series 2024A. Proceeds of the Certificates of Participation will fund the construction of the (i) College of Osteopathic Medicine at the University of Northern Colorado; (ii) Veterinary Health and Education Complex at Colorado State University; (iii) Health Institute Tower at Metropolitan State University of Denver; and (iv) Valley Campus Main Building additions and renovations at the Alamosa campus of Trinidad State College.
