Kutak Rock partners Michael Brown and Joseph Kavan will participate in a panel discussion about Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) Compliance on Thursday, January 25 at 10:15 am PST. The event is part of the National Shooting Sports Foundation's (NSSF) SHOT University program held during the 2024 SHOT Show at the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum in Las Vegas.

This panel will feature insights from two experienced multi-unit FFLs who, despite their diligent implementation of strict compliance standards, faced the challenge of receiving a notice of revocation. Along with firearms industry attorneys and NSSF compliance consultant team members, they will share their journey of successfully handling the ATF license revocation process and maintaining their business. This is a crucial opportunity for FFL holders to learn about maintaining high compliance standards, understanding the revocation process, and developing strategies to protect their licenses effectively.
