Kutak Rock partners Meredith Webster and Courtney Koger will speak at the Greater Kansas City Claims Association's Continuing Education Seminar.

The free, in-person seminar will be held from 8:30 am to 4 pm CST on March 22, 2024 in Overland Park, Kansas. The event will include CLE credit opportunities, as well as free breakfast and lunch.

Meredith and Courtney will be discussing best practices and adjusting tips to avoid bad faith set-ups in the context of recent case law decisions and emerging areas of the law, such as artificial intelligence-based claims.
