Kutak Rock is pleased to announce the addition of nine associates to its Omaha office since the beginning of 2023. Practice areas among the new attorneys include corporate, intellectual property, litigation, public finance and tax credits.

The new associates are Emily Christiansen, Henry Dobson, Drew Fritzler, Rachel Geelan, Paige Hall, William Harper, David Hunter, Independence Talken and Rob Toth.

Emily Christiansen is an associate in the tax credits group. Emily received a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a BSBA from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Emily is admitted to practice in Texas.

Henry Dobson is an associate in the corporate practice group focusing on intellectual property and antitrust litigation. Henry received a J.D. and M.S. from Creighton University School of Law and a B.A. from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Henry is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Wyoming.

Drew Fritzler joins the firm’s corporate practice group as an associate focusing on intellectual property and technology transactions. Drew received a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a B.S. from the University of Wyoming. Drew is admitted to practice in Nebraska. 

Rachel Geelan is a litigation associate primarily focused on financial services. Rachel earned a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and a B.S.B.A. from Creighton University. Rachel is admitted to practice in Nebraska.

Paige Hall is an associate in the litigation practice group focusing on commercial trial practice. Paige earned a J.D. from Tulane Law School and a B.A. from Tulane University. Paige is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Iowa.

William Harper is an associate in the firm’s public finance practice group. William received a J.D. from Temple University Beasley School of Law and a B.S. from Arizona State University. William is currently pursuing an L.L.M. from Temple University Beasley School of Law. William is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey.

David Hunter joins the tax credits group as an associate. David holds a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and a B.S. from Ulster University. David is admitted to practice in Nebraska.

Independence Talken is an associate in the corporate practice group focusing on intellectual property and technology transactions. Independence received a J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law and a B.S. from the University of Notre Dame. Independence is admitted to practice in Nebraska.

Rob Toth is an associate in the employment litigation practice group. Rob earned a J.D. from Creighton University School of Law and a B.S. from the University of Nebraska Lincoln. Rob is admitted to practice in Nebraska and Iowa.
