Neil Miller, a partner in the firm’s Kansas City office, has been elected to serve as president of the Kansas City chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) beginning in February 2024. He currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Kansas City chapter and will serve as president-elect in 2023.

Six years ago, Neil was instrumental in the development of ACG Next, a network of young corporate professionals and business leaders in the Kansas City middle-market community. As the current Co-Chair of ACG Next, Neil has helped ACG connect younger and more diverse professionals in the Kansas City business community. 

In his work at Kutak Rock, Neil Miller advises sellers (founders and entrepreneurs), buyers (strategic and financial), private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a broad spectrum of corporate and securities matters, including middle-market mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business entity formation and tax planning.

ACG Kansas City is comprised of a diverse group of over 240 members who are involved in corporate growth and the success of their companies, including corporate executives, intermediaries, lenders, M&A advisors, private equity investors and service providers.
