Kutak Rock acted as bond counsel to El Paso County, Colorado in connection with the issuance of $55,000,000 of its Federally Taxable Athletic Facilities Revenue Bonds (Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation Project) Series 2022. The bonds were issued by the County to fund a portion of the costs of various capital improvements to Falcon Stadium located at the United States Air Force Academy in Colorado Springs, Colorado. Repayment of the bonds is solely secured by payments to be received by the County from the Air Force Academy Athletic Corporation.
