Kutak Rock recently represented Pitney Bowes (NYSE: PBI), a global shipping and mailing company that provides technology, logistics and financial services, in its acquisition of the presort assets of Skymail International, a full-service print and mail house. The transaction closed on October 9, 2022.

The acquisition is expected to add more than 100 million First Class mail pieces annually to the Pitney Bowes Presort Services network in the western United States. Pitney Bowes Presort Services is the largest workshare partner of the United States Postal Service.
