Kutak Rock partners Fred Marienthal and John Bales from the firm’s Denver office will present at the Private Activity Bond Financing Webinar on Thursday, May 26 at 2:00 p.m. MDT.

The webinar, offered by the Colorado Division of Housing, Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) and Kutak Rock, will include information on how to use Private Activity Bonds (PAB) financing to benefit communities through affordable and workforce housing and economic development.
