Kutak Rock Serves as Bond Counsel in Connection with Santa Rosa Junior College Student Housing

Kutak Rock served as bond counsel in connection with the issuance by the California School Finance Authority of its $67,315,000 College Housing Revenue Bonds (NCCD-Santa Rosa Properties LLC, Sonoma County Junior College District  Project), Series 2021A and its $1,000,000 College Housing Revenue Bonds (NCCD-Santa Rosa Properties LLC, Sonoma County Junior College District  Project), Series 2021B (Federally Taxable). The Bonds were issued by the Authority for the purpose of financing the acquisition, construction, improvement, furnishing and equipping of a 352-bed college housing facility to be located on the campus of Sonoma County Junior College District in Santa Rosa, California.

The District was established in 1918 and provides collegiate level instruction across a wide spectrum of subjects for grades 13 and 14 with campuses in Santa Rosa and Petaluma, as well as other sites. The District has approximately 20,269 full and part-time students and serves 17,553 California residents. The Project will be owned by NCCD-Santa Rosa Properties LLC and managed by Servitas Management Group LLC.
