Kutak Rock recently represented Grocery Order Tracking, Inc. ("GOT Systems"), a provider of technology solutions for independent grocers, in its equity sale to FMS Solutions ("FMS").

Founded in the 1980s and based in Leawood, Kansas, GOT Systems offers both hardware and software solutions to help improve the operations of and solve various challenges faced by independent grocers, meat markets, natural food stores and similar retailers. FMS is a leading provider of SaaS-based business process outsourcing services to independent grocers and other multi-unit retailers.
