Kutak Rock recently represented All American Pet Proteins (“AAPP”), a specialty pet food protein processing company, in its asset sale to 3D Corporate Solutions.

Founded in 2014 and based in Greeley, Colorado, AAPP is a leading manufacturer of fresh and frozen proteins such as beef, lamb, bison, and buffalo serving premium pet food brands in North America. 3D Corporate Solutions is a manufacturer of specialty proteins and fats used in premium pet food. The combined company is set to offer a full range of proteins and processing capabilities.
